Trevor Applin
Trevor has a wide range of experience in working with clients and has also acted as a director of a number of companies both public and private.
He has extensive commercial experience which he brings to his work with his clients. This includes business acquisitions, disposals, funding, strategic reviews and business plans.
He is personally responsible for a varied portfolio of clients providing practical support and advice to help them grow their businesses and achieve their strategic goals.
He is a governor to a local special needs school.

David Kirkwood
Dave is responsible for all aspects of taxation within the office. He has a client portfolio as well as overall responsibility for our tax and self-employed clients.
Dave has been a qualified Chartered Accountant for over 35 years and has built a reputation on giving clients a superb personal service, allowing them to concentrate on growing their business rather than worrying about bureaucracy.

Roger Neville
Roger has a mixed portfolio of commercial and personal clients both in Essex and around the country. In the past he has been a director of a number of private and public companies and has gained a wealth of knowledge on running businesses which he now passes on to his clients.
He has for many years specialised in property matters for a number of investor, trader and developer clients. In acting for his clients he has also built up an extensive knowledge on the use of Trusts, resident here and abroad for use by companies and individuals.
He is involved in community affairs having been members of both the local Round Table and Lions International. He was a governor and Chairman of the Board of Epping Forest College until September 2009. Currently he is a trustee of a number of charities in South West Essex.

Jan Rickler
Jan Rickler is responsible for a large client portfolio, advising on a diverse range of commercial, business development and technical issues. She adopts a personal, friendly and practical approach to finding business solutions for owner-managed businesses.
Jan has a particular specialism in companies who import food and produce into the UK with overseas parent companies as well as training and recruitment companies and professional partnerships.
Jan has a strong audit bias and is an accredited Responsible Individual for audit assignments.
Jan also has responsibility for the Outsource department at Alwyns which provides payroll, bookkeeping and management accounts services to clients. She is a past president of the South Essex District Society of Chartered Accountants with strong links in Essex and is an active Honorary Treasurer for a local charity.

Dave has been working with his fellow partners for over 25 years, specialising in financial reporting. He has a portfolio of mainly corporate clients providing advice on all aspects of their business. Dave is an accredited Responsible Individual for audit assignments.
